- You can change a reservation until 5 p.m. one day before the accommodation date on the website.

- Is it possible to do a bonfire?
- Yes, it is possible to do a bonfire at the shared space in front of the administration building and bonfire areas at each site. It is allowed to bring your own fire pit and firewood, but you can rent and purchase them here as well.

■Available Time: ~9 p.m. (Bonfires on the ground are prohibited.)
If you would like to use the bonfire area at each site or rent/purchase, please let our staff at the reception know on the day when you check in.

- Only sparklers are permitted.
Buckets will be provided at the reception. You can enjoy sparklers at the bonfire area in front of the reception or at each site until 9 p.m.

- Currently, the use of our facility for a day trip is not available.

- Yes, only one car can be parked next to each site. If you come with 2 or more cars, you can park them at the second parking lot, which costs 1,000 yen per car.

- No, I am afraid it is not possible to do so in order to manage safety within our facility. If you would like to stay with more people than the capacity, please make a reservation for another building.

- Yes. You can use VISA, Master Card, JCB, and American Express.

- I am a beginner of outdoor activities. What kind of clothes should I wear?
- The Jurigi Plateau stands at an altitude of 1,030 meters, and the average temperature in summer is approximately 20℃, so it is recommended to bring something you can put on over.

- If I stay with several groups of friends, is it possible to allocate our rooms next to each other?
- I am afraid we do not typically accept such requests. However, we will do our best to allocate rooms according your preferences.

- Is there a toilet in a site?
- Yes. The deck at each site is equipped with a bathroom (toilet).
*I am afraid you cannot use a bathroom (toilet) in a mobile house.
Please use the bathroom (toilet) in a gazebo.

- There is a MOSS-no-yu (large public bath) that can be used free of charge, and a private bath (family bath) that requires a reservation for a paid option.

- Should I bring a bath towel by myself?
- Towels are not prepared in the hot spring, so please bring ones at a site.
There is also a bath bag provided, so please make the most of it.

- Is it possible to have a BBQ even if it is rainy?
- Yes. There is a gazebo on the deck, so you can have a BBQ even in rainy weather.

- Is it possible to stay with my pet?
- There are only two dog sites where you can stay with your dog in a dome tent.

- No. Flying drones is not allowed on the premises in general.

- Each Room: Each room has original coffee, watermelon, bath towels, and face towels.
Reception: Toothbrush, razor, comb, shower cap, and cotton amenities.
Hot Spring: Hair dryer, basic skincare products for women, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, etc.

- How should I keep my valuables?
- I am afraid we cannot secure guests’ valuables, so please make sure to lock your room securely at each site.

- Yes. Outlets are available in both dome-shaped tents and mobiles houses.

- Yes. Vending machines are located next to the reception (center house).

- What should I do to warm up baby food?
- There is a microwave at the reception, so please feel free to use it.

- I’ve never done camping before, so I’m very nervous.
- Necessary things, such as outlets and an air conditioner (and heater), are already prepared, so you can enjoy camping empty-handed!
Meals can be enjoyed at each site, and you can also use the hot springs if you make a reservation on the day.

- We have a small refrigerator, so it is possible to bring them by yourself.
However, please note that we do NOT take responsibility for food poisoning.

- Infants and pre-school children (under elementary school age) can stay for free.

- Currently, it is not allowed to do so.

- I’d like to come with 2 or more cars, so are there several parking lots?
- If you would like to come with 2 or more cars, please write the number of cars in the request section when making a reservation.
You can park them at the second parking lot, which costs 1,000 yen per car.
